Fiat open to retail and/or institutional bond-report

MILAN, June 27 (Reuters) - Italian automaker Fiat is open to issuing a bond for institutional or retail investors, or both, Chief Executive Sergio Marchionne said on Saturday, according to news agency Ansa.
