MILAN, Feb 26 (Reuters) - Out-going Fiat Chairman Paolo Fresco and two other board members will leave the board of the loss-mired industrial group on Friday, Fiat said in a statement on Wednesday.
Fresco, who on Tuesday said he would hand the chairmanship to the head of Fiat's controlling family Umberto Agnelli, would be followed out of the board room by former General Electric boss John Welch and Felix Rohatyn.
