TURIN, Italy, April 29 (Reuters) - Car production will resume in all Fiat factories on Friday following the end of a protest at a southern Italian factory that hit output across the company, a Fiat spokesman said on Thursday.
The spokesman added that the strike which originated in the Melfi plant, had caused a drop in production of some 30,000 cars.
