MILAN, July 31 (Reuters) - Fiat expects net debt to fall to 2.5 billion euros by the end of this year, helped by the sale of aviation unit Fiat Avio, the group's Chief Financial Officer Ferruccio Luppi said on Thursday. Net debt at the end of the second quarter was 4.8 billion euros, including a 1.2 billion euro contribution from the sale of Fiat's insurer Toro.
