Fiat, Zastava clinch partnership - Serb ministry


BELGRADE, April 29 (Reuters) - Italy's Fiat SpA will sign on Wednesday a memorandum of understanding with the Serb government to invest in car maker Zastava together, Serbia's Economy Ministry said on Tuesday.
