MILAN, July 24 (Reuters) - Italy's Fiat said on Monday its Iveco truck division would create a joint venture with two Chinese companies to make heavy vehicles.
Fiat said in a statement that Iveco had signed an agreement with SAIC Motor and Chongqing Heavy Vehicle Group to form the venture with an investment plan of 120 million euros.
