Finnish Nokian Renkaat to issue convertible bonds

HELSINKI, June 20 (Reuters) - Finnish tyre maker Nokian Renkaat said it would offer convertible bonds to Finnish and international institutional investors, with bookbuilding to start on Wednesday.
