NEW YORK, March 23 (Reuters) - Fitch Ratings on Thursday assigned investment-grade ratings to Capmark Financial Group, formerly General Motors Acceptance Corp. Commercial Holding Corp., after an investor group purchased a majority stake in GMAC Commercial Holding.
