Ford Canada restarts plant idled by CN Rail strike

VANCOUVER, British Columbia, Feb 19 (Reuters) - Ford Motor Co. of Canada has restarted its St. Thomas, Ontario, assembly plant, which had been idled by a strike at Canadian National Railway Co., officials said on Monday.
