DETROIT, Dec 22 (Reuters) - Ford Motor Co. will take a pretax charge of $65 million to $85 million as a result of its decision to divest interest in certain dealerships in the Asia Pacific and African region, the automaker said in a U.S. regulatory filing on Wednesday.
No cash expenditure will result from these charges, Ford said.
