DETROIT, July 27 (Reuters) - Ford Motor Co. on Thursday said it notified NYSE Arca Inc., formerly the Pacific Exchange, that it intends to withdraw listing of its shares of common stock to avoid dual regulatory oversight and dual listing fees.
