Ford's Mazda stake to fall to 3.5 pct from 11 pct

TOKYO, Nov 18 (Reuters) - Ford Motor Co will cut its stake in Mazda Motor Corp to 3.5 percent from 11 percent, losing its status as the Japanese carmaker's top shareholder and falling to fourth place, Mazda said.
