Foreign bank among 3 suitors for Taiwan's Bowa

TAIPEI, Jan 16 (Reuters) - Three financial firms, including a foreign lender, are looking over the books of Taiwan's failed Bowa Commercial Bank, which will be auctioned off this month, a government source said on Wednesday.
