TOKYO, Feb 16 (Reuters) - Mitsubishi Motors Corp. (MMC) said on Wednesday its former president and chief operating officer would become chairman of its loss-ridden North American operations, less than a month after he was removed for a failed attempt to revitalise the ailing Japanese auto maker.
