PARIS, Oct 7 (Reuters) - The French finance ministry on Friday kicked off the second round of an ambitious plan to sell stakes in three toll-road operating companies and asked the initial bidders to come up with firm offers by Nov. 7.
The ministry added in a statement it would only entertain bids for the entirety of its stakes, while first it had asked for offers for all or part of its holdings.
The deadline on November 7 is at 1600 GMT.
