PARIS, July 2 (Reuters) - France is mulling a tax for lorries that travel across the country without using fee-paying motorways, the French Transport Minister said on Monday.
It said the tax would help protect the environment and finance big projects.
"Thousands and thousands of foreign lorries go across our country without paying their share to French society," Transport Minister Dominique Bussereau said on French TV station LCI.
