PARIS, Dec 7 (Reuters) - France's strategic investment fund (FSI) is not yet ready to invest in manufacturer Heuliez's electric vehicle project as new owner Bernard Krief Consulting (BKC) has not met necessary guarantees, a fund spokesman said.
