PARIS, July 21 (Reuters) - French motorway operator Autoroutes du Sud de la France (ASF) said on Thursday it had set up a 1 billion euro ($1.2 billion) syndicated credit facility subscribed by a core group of banks.
It will use the facility for a period of 7 years, paying a margin of 0.125 percent per year on the Euribor rates.
Lead arrangers are Calyon , Credit Lyonnais and HSBC CCF .
