PARIS, April 7 (Reuters) - French armoured vehicles maker Giat Industries is expected to announce a plan on Monday to cut nearly two-thirds of its work force, or 4,000 jobs, a French newspaper said.
It also plans to put all unprofitable assets into a special structure, France's La Tribune newspaper said, citing sources. This could include a 1993 contract with the United Arab Emirates as well as other deals.
