FRANKFURT, Sept 21 (Reuters) - French private-equity company PAI partners plans to sell British car service chain Kwik-Fit and the chain's German division Pit-Stop, German magazine Automobilwoche reported, citing several unidentified people.
PAI's head of Germany declined to comment on the plans of the private-equity company, but said that no official sales process was ongoing, the magazine reported.
