PARIS, March 9 (Reuters) - French car parts and rubbish bin maker Plastic Omnium posted a jump in full-year net profit on Tuesday thanks to stronger sales at its auto-exterior business and as it cut costs.
The company's net profit rose to 35.2 million euros from 20.1 million, while operating profit rose seven percent to 75.1 million euros.
