France's SAPRR shareholders approve statute change

PARIS, Oct 1 (Reuters) - The annual shareholders' meeting of Societe des Autoroutes Paris Rhin Rhone (SAPRR) approved statute changes that pave the way for the sale to the public of shares in the state-owned French motorways operator, it said on Friday.

The French government has said it plans to float part of SAPRR in autumn if market conditions permit.

French newspaper La Tribune said last week the state aims to float 30 percent in November, valuing SAPRR at 3.5 billion ...
