BERLIN, April 11 (Reuters) - France and Germany are still a long way from finding a common position over proposed binding European Union curbs on carbon dioxide (CO2) emissions from cars, German officials said on Friday.
Speaking on condition of anonymity, a government official told Reuters no progress had been made on key issues. The head of Germany's carmakers' lobby confirmed the deadlock.
