PORTLAND, Ore. July 6 (Reuters) - Striking workers at Freightliner's Portland, Oregon plant shut down truck-making operations for a second day on Friday as talks aimed at a new contract resumed, a union representative said.
"We are still on the picket lines this morning," said Joe Kear, a local representative of the International Association of Machinists and Aerospace Workers union.
