PARIS, Feb 3 (Reuters) - The French refining sector is likely to undergo major changes in the coming years as fuel consumption drops, including a possible change in ownership, the French petroleum industry body UFIP said on Tuesday.
Refinery closures and scaled down plants were also on the cards, but not in 2009, the head of the UFIP, Jean-Louis Shilansky told a rews briefing.
