PARIS, Oct 1 (Reuters) - French new car registrations were flat in September compared to a year earlier, recovering from a sharp drop a month earlier to a level in line with forecasts for the full year.
French carmaking association CCFA said on Tuesday that sales of new passenger cars edged higher to 153,303 units from 153,044 units a year earlier.
