FRANKFURT, Aug 10 (Reuters) - Efforts to slap heavier taxes on sports utility vehicles (SUVs) could heat up Europe's autumn as the highest energy prices in decades put a spotlight on the powerful yuppiemobiles that environmentalists love to hate.
