TOKYO, Feb 3 (Reuters) - Japan's Fuji Heavy Industries Ltd. , the maker of Subaru cars, posted a 41.9 percent rise in nine-month operating profit on Friday supported by lofty earnings at group firms, and it raised its forecast for the full year.
