TOKYO, May 12 (Reuters) - Japan's Fuji Heavy Industries Ltd. , the maker of Subaru cars, said on Thursday it had cut its operating profit target for the year to March 2007 to 50 billion yen ($472.9 million) from 91 billion yen.
The company also reduced its net profit target for the year to 27 billion yen from the original 48 billion yen.
