TOKYO, March 11 (Reuters) - Fuji Heavy Industries Ltd , the maker of Subaru-brand vehicles, is planning to team up with a Singapore-based Motor Image Enterprises to start auto production in Malaysia by 2013 at the rate of about 5,000 units a year, the Nikkei business daily reported on Friday.
