NEW YORK, Feb 22 (Reuters) - Garmin Ltd., a maker of global positioning systems for cars, boats and planes, said Wednesday that fourth-quarter earnings reached a record level.
Earnings rose 82 percent to 80 cents a share, up from 44 cents in the year-ago quarter.
