March 3 (Reuters) - Navigation device maker Garmin Ltd said it signed letters of intent to acquire its distributors in Belgium, Luxembourg and Finland as it seeks to increase its presence in Europe.
The company, which did not disclose the financial terms, expects the proposed acquisitions to increase its ability to support key retailers and original equipment manufaturers in these markets.
