WASHINGTON, Nov 15 (Reuters) - Microsoft Corp. Chairman Bill Gates, through his charitable foundation, showed a strong interest in home builders despite a struggling market, reporting that the entity had taken new stakes in seven of the nation's largest home-building companies.
