GECC ups Jan 2010 bond to 1.75 billion euros

LONDON, Jan 10 (Reuters) - General Electric Capital Corp., (GECC), the financing arm of General Electric Co. , on Friday added 850 million euros to a bond sold on Thursday, taking the total deal size up to 1.75 billion euros.

GECC sold a 900 million euro 4.375 percent bond due January 2010 on Thursday via Credit Suisse First Boston and UBS Warburg. The bond was priced to yield 40 basis points over the swaps curve. Co-lead managers on the deal are BSCH, Barclays Capital and ...
