HONG KONG, June 10 (Reuters) - Geely Automobile Holdings Ltd. said on Friday it had appointed Li Shu Fu as chairman of the Chinese car maker, with effect from June 9, replacing He Xuechu.
Li owns Proper Glory, the controlling shareholder holding 60.68 percent of Geely Automobile. Li is also the founder and chairman of automobile maker and distributor Zhejiang Geely Holding Ltd in China.
