HONG KONG, July 8 (Reuters) - Geely Automobile Holdings Ltd. said on Thursday car sales jumped 66 percent in the first half from a year ago, despite volumes declining in May and June as China moved to slow the country's breakneck growth.
Geely said on its Web site that its joint venture companies sold a total of 55,330 units of Geely and Maple sedans from January to June.
