BEIJING, Nov 8 (Reuters) - Geely Automobile said on Monday it has set up a committee to facilitate communications with Volvo Car Corp, in one of its first concrete steps at integration since it signed its landmark deal to acquire Volvo.
Geely and Volvo, which was taken over by Geely's parent in August, will each send four people to the nine-member committee, chaired by Geely Chairman Li Shufu, a company statement said.
