FALLS CHURCH, Va., March 3 (Reuters) - Defense contractor General Dynamics Corp. on Monday said it completed the acquisition of General Motors Corp.'s defense unit for $1.1 billion.
General Dynamics said the deal, announced in December, will immediately add to its earnings.
