NEW YORK, Jan 4 (Reuters) - U.S. mall owner General Growth Properties Inc has switched bankruptcy counsel to Weil, Gotshal & Manges, parting with Sidley Austin LLP, the Wall Street Journal said, citing people familiar with the matter.
