DETROIT, Sept 7 (Reuters) - General Motors Corp. , hurt by weaker sales for the past three months, on Wednesday will announce that it has raised cash rebate incentives on cars and trucks sold in the United States by $500 to $1,000 on most of its 2005 models, dealers said.
