AHMEDABAD, Jan 12 (Reuters) - Car maker General Motors Corp. plans to invest 3 billion rupees ($68.6 million) and double its capacity in India, its managing director for India, Aditya Vij, said at a global investor meet in Ahmedabad on Wednesday. ($1 = 43.7 Indian rupees)
