Jan 17 (Reuters) - General Motors Corp. said it will invest $300 million in its GM Powertrain Tonawanda engine plant to manufacture a new dual overhead V-8 engine for its luxury vehicles, slated to begin production in 2009.
The investment includes renovation to part of the Tonawanda plant, new machinery and tooling to support the new engine production, the auto maker said in a statement. ...
