LOS ANGELES, Feb 2 (Reuters) - GenTek Inc. , which provides a range of chemical products, on Wednesday said it was seeking to raise nearly $400 million in financing and would pay a one-time dividend to shareholders of about $320 million.
GenTek said it aimed to complete the financing and pay the dividend by the end of the first quarter.
