Feb 29 (Reuters) - Specialty chemicals company GenTek Inc said it sold its Reheis Inc anti-perspirant actives ingredients business to Summit Research Labs Inc, a portfolio company of MVC Capital Inc .
In addition to the cash proceeds, the company currently expects future tax savings in excess of $10 million as a result of the transaction, GenTek said in a statement. (Reporting by Manish Gupta in Bangalore; Editing by Himani Sarkar)
