ZURICH, July 10 (Reuters) - Swiss engineering firm Georg Fischer said on Thursday its automotive products unit has won an order worth 180 million Swiss francs with German auto maker DaimlerChrysler AG .
The order is for the manufacture and delivery of aluminium bodywork components for Mercedes-Benz vehicles. Georg Fischer said the order was of strategic importance, given the trend towards lightweight design in the automotive sector.
