FRANKFURT, Feb 15 (Reuters) - A German court ruled on Thursday that DaimlerChrysler does not have to reimburse shareholders who sued the carmaker over the timing of its announcement that its former chief executive would leave.
The plaintiffs intend to file an appeal in the case, Germany's first class-action lawusit against a listed company.
