FRANKFURT, Jan 13 (Reuters) - German car production rose four percent in December to 334,200 vehicles, helped by an eight percent jump in exports, the VDA automobile industry association said on Monday.
New car registrations, which include foreign imports, rose one percent from the previous year to 229,000 vehicles, VDA said in a statement.
Registrations for 2002 as a whole were three percent weaker at 3.253 million vehicles.
