BERLIN, Feb 18 (Reuters) - Germany's employers association for the engineering sector said on Thursday wage negotiations could be re-opened if the government made no changes to its shorter work week programme known as "Kurzarbeit".
The group also said job cuts would not be entirely avoidable despite a two-year wage deal emphasizing job security over big pay gains. (Reporting by Jan Schwartz)
