BERLIN, Nov 19 (Reuters) - German Finance Minister Peer Steinbrueck declined to comment on Wednesday on SolarWorld AG's planned offer to acquire the plants of General Motors' German unit Adam Opel.
"I am not prepared to address some comment from a firm about Opel," he told reporters in Berlin. (Reporting Dave Graham, writing by Paul Carrel)
