BERLIN, June 3 (Reuters) - Germany's Finance Minister Hans Eichel and Transport Minister Manfred Stolpe are considering increasing the planned highway truck toll in 2006 to plug holes in the nation's budget, government sources said on Thursday. Germany plans to launch a toll for trucks to use its highways, the busiest in Europe, in 2005. The groundbreaking satellite-based tracking technology has been so plagued with problems it has delayed the toll's introduction three times.
